Can we cancel if Devote isn’t a fit?
Yes. You can cancel anytime on monthly billing. That said, our goal is that you never feel the need to. If something isn’t working, you’ll have a direct line to our team and we’ll do everything we can to fix it and make sure you’re getting real value from Devote — guaranteed.
What happens right after we subscribe?
After checkout, you’ll be guided through a short onboarding flow to connect your bank and accounting system. From there, our team can review your setup, answer questions, and help you configure cards, buckets, and funds so Devote is useful from day one.
Can we change plans as we grow?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade plans as your organization changes. We’ll prorate the difference so you’re only paying for what you actually use, and we’ll help you decide which plan fits based on your team and fund complexity.
