Impact (Free): core spend/expense, unlimited cards, automated receipts, 3% APY savings, basic QBO/Xero integrations, email support.
Catalyst ($279/mo): Impact + restricted fund & grant tracking, unlimited buckets, Devote Donations, advanced integrations, guided onboarding, 24/7 dedicated AE.

Are there any other fees we should expect?▾
No per-user or per-card fees. A complete fee schedule (e.g., international usage, optional expedited card replacement, wires) is provided before onboarding so there are no surprises.
Do we replace our bank?▾
No. Devote isn’t a bank — we layer modern tools on top of your existing banking. You can move funds in/out anytime and keep your current checking relationships.
How does the savings account work?▾
Impact includes a high-yield savings account at 3% APY (variable; subject to change). Interest credits monthly. No CDs or lockups. Visionary includes a premium APY boost.
Are funds FDIC-insured?▾
Yes—deposits are placed with program partner banks and are eligible for FDIC insurance up to applicable limits. We’ll share bank list and coverage details during onboarding.
How fast can we move money?▾
ACH transfers typically complete in 0–2 business days; Devote can process same-day depending on cutoff times. We’ll confirm exact options and timelines during onboarding.
How do cashback rewards work (Visionary)?▾
Cashback accrues on eligible Devote card spend and is summarized monthly. We’ll share the current rate, any category rules, and how credits are applied during setup.
What do you need to open an account?▾
EIN, nonprofit status documentation (e.g., 501(c) determination letter), authorized signer ID, and basic org details. Some orgs may provide a board resolution; we’ll guide you step-by-step.
Which accounting systems do you integrate with?▾
QuickBooks Online. Catalyst adds advanced mapping (classes, locations, tags) and multi-entity options. CSV export is available on all plans.
How does Devote handle security and access controls?▾
Role-based permissions, approval workflows, and audit trails; encryption in transit and at rest.
What are the billing and cancellation terms?▾
Monthly billing: cancel anytime. If you choose annual billing (when available), you’ll receive a discount; plan changes are pro-rated so switching is straightforward.
