How do I freeze/unfreeze another user’s card?


If you are the Admin or manager for a team, and for whatever reason you need to freeze a card, you can do the following.

  1. Log-in to Devote

  2. Go to the “Cards” tab in the main navigation

  3. Click the “activated” button next to the card for whatever user you would like to freeze

  4. Once the card is frozen, you can unfreeze it by just selecting the “activate” button

Remember, the security of your funds are very important to us. If you are skeptical of fraud, or misuse of a card, freeze your card instantly in the cards tab of the software. We will then be able to help you get a new card in your hands.
