How do I upload a receipt?


Uploading a receipt has never been easier or less painless for your organization. With the Devote software and corporate card, there are two ways you can upload a receipt to be connected with the transaction.

  1. At the time of a Devote Card purchase, a text message will be sent to the phone number of the connected cardholder account. The cardholder can then respond directly to the text with a picture of the receipt, and that is it! The receipt will automatically be connected to the transaction within the software.

  2. You can also upload a picture of the receipt on the app by finding the transaction on the transactions table, and clicking the “Upload Receipt” button.
