How do I view and manage budgets?


In Devote, tracking and managing budgets is a seamless process. To view and manage budgets efficiently, follow these steps:
1. Access the Dashboard: Log in to your Devote account and navigate to the dashboard. Here, you will find an overview of your organization's financial activity.
2. Select the Budgets Tab: Click on the "Budgets" tab located in the navigation menu. This will direct you to the budget management page.
3. View Existing Card Budgets: On the budget management page, you will see an array of existing budgets associated with your organization. Each budget will display details such as the budget name, start and end dates, allocated amount, and current status.
4. Monitor Budget Status: Devote provides real-time updates on the status of your budgets. The system tracks expenses and reflects the remaining balance for each budget, helping you stay informed about spending patterns.
5. Manage Budgets: To make changes to a specific budget, select it from the list. Here, you can edit the budget details, adjust the allocated amount, extend or shorten the duration, or assign different team members to oversee budget management.
6. Create New Budgets: To create a new budget, click on the "Create Budget" button. Enter the relevant information, such as the budget name, start and end dates, allocated amount, and any categories or tags you wish to assign to it. After saving, the budget will be added to the board.
7. Collaborate and Communicate: Devote fosters collaboration within your organization. Team members can access and view budgets simultaneously, facilitating seamless communication and coordination during budget planning and decision-making processes.
