I'm having issues connecting my bank account to Devote


We work hard to mitigate the amount of problems you may come across while onboarding with Devote. If you are having problems connecting your bank account the traditional way, you may also try the alternate way.

To connect your bank account the alternate way, simply follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Devote account.
2. Navigate to the settings section in the dashboard.
3. Click on the "Treasury" tab.
4. To connect your bank the alternate way, click on the "Long Bank Account Linking" button.
5. Follow the long bank account connection process
6. Once authenticated, Devote will establish a secure connection with your bank and import your account details.
