My card was declined
There could be many reasons for why your Devote card was declined. Here are a few of the most common reasons:
You don’t have enough funds: The Devote corporate card is a pre-funded card. When the organization account for Devote doesn’t have enough money, then any purchases that are attempted will be declined until more money is added to the account.
Your budgets are not set: When the organization, team, or employee budget is not set for the card trying to make the purchase, it will be declined. Make sure these budgets are set, and the card will be approved if there is enough funds, and the budget is high enough.
You have reached your budgeted amount: If you have hit the budget amount, your card will be declined. If you need to change the budget amount, you can do so from the budgets tab.
